Tartinade double caramel et beurre salé

Gianduja is a specialty from Northern Italy and can be considered the ancestor of a certain chocolate hazelnut spread. Made with only two ingredients, gianduja is free of palm oil (we love orangutans...) and preservatives. You will find it firmer than those in the grocery store, but oh! How much tastier! It is available in 4 versions: white chocolate, 34% milk, 54% dark and 70% dark.
