Where can I pick up my order if I choose the pickup option?

When your order is ready, I will send you an email, you can then come to the store to pick it up. It is also possible to pick up your order in Sherbrooke, at one of my partners.


What is the environmental vision of Xocolatl chocolaterie?


The environment is an important issue. At the chocolate factory, actions take place every day to limit and manage the possible negative impacts incurred by commercial activities. If you want to know more about my environmental practices, I invite you to read this post.


What will my order be packaged in?

If you choose the pickup option, your order will be packed in a paper bag(s) or a reused cardboard box. If you choose to have your order delivered, your items will be packed and secured with reused materials.

Why is chocolate delivery not offered during the summer?

Due to temperature reasons, it would not be possible for us to deliver chocolates and ensure their integrity during the summer period. However, it is possible to choose the pick-up option and pick everything up in Compton or Sherbrooke, at any time of the year.

Is a new physical store in the plans for the future?

Do your chocolates contain allergens?

Yes, all products are prepared in the same place and despite rigorous hygiene, the risks remain very present. The common allergens used are: wheat, dairy products, soy, peanuts, nuts, sulfites, eggs and sesame. If you have an allergy, it is best to contact me to check beforehand if my products are suitable for you.
